Jen Evola is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Fascial Stretch, and Soft Tissue Clinical Therapist. She has over 15 years of experience working on elite and professional athletes, from all athletic backgrounds, that belong to a variety of sports teams. She began her career as a Soft Tissue Therapist in 2004 and attended National University of Health Sciences, where she completed over 1000 hours of training. She holds many certifications such as Cupping therapy, Muscle Activation Technique, Lymphatic drainage, Functional soft tissue with FAKTR tools, BioFrequency therapy, Fascial Stretch therapy, Trigger point therapy and deep tissue therapy. She also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University and completed her Dietetic internship at Long Island University. Currently, Jen is the Dietitian for all athletic teams at DePaul University. As part of her "continued education", she frequently takes courses that will benefit her clients, and enhance/broaden her specialty in the field. Jen works hard to encourage and promote healthy lifestyles!
