Nutrition is core to human health. Differences in our biochemistry, metabolism, genetics, and microbiota all contribute to the dramatic differences among individuals in response to their nutrition. When it comes to our health there is no “One Size Fits all Plan”. By individualizing advice and support, you will be motivated to make the dietary changes necessary for your individual needs.

Every single part of our body needs specific vitamins and minerals to function properly. What we put into our bodies affects us right down to the cellular level. Nutrients aid in communication throughout the body, proper function throughout the body, protection from what the body sees as a threat, prevention from many chronic diseases we see today, proper aging, and allows your body to do what it does best — thrive at optimal levels.

 
 
  • Our first session together generally runs for an hour, and follow-ups are 45 minutes thereafter. During this time we’ll start off slowly; I like to get a good sense of a person’s current lifestyle, medical history, and goals.

    From there we’ll work together through nutrition interventions and health coaching at a pace that works for you, meeting once every two weeks. At the end of each consultation, we’ll establish clear and achievable goals, or action steps for you to work on in between sessions. These goals help us track your progression and make healthy lifestyle changes seem natural.
