  • At your first appointment we will consult to identify the right treatment plan for you.

    Then we’ll engage in a variety of modalities to treat the source of your pain, not just the symptoms.

    At the end of your session, we will create a treatment plan as well as provide you with the tools you need to improve mobility in your everyday life —from at-home exercises to lifestyle recommendations.

  • Receiving a massage regularly will have the most benefit. A massage is recommended once a week to every two weeks to help aid in healthy tissue repair and reduce pain felt from intensive workouts that the body is going through. A massage will also help with the accumulation of work-related stress.
